Western State Bank is seeking an Employee Support Representative for our Garden City banking center.
Description:
The Employee Support Representative is an employee-focused role that prioritizes employee engagement and satisfaction. Responsibilities include building relationships with employees; gathering feedback on the employee experience and recommending ideas to continue improving the WSB workplace culture; Assisting the Human Resources Manager with on-site and web based employee trainings as well as benefits enrollment events; Responsible for the Celebration Committee with executing a variety of on/off site activities and events for employees; and executing basic administrative duties as requested by the HR Manager. Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal and networking skills; exceptional communication skills (written, verbal and listening); high level of emotional competency and energy; a positive, professional approach; ability to work both collaboratively and independently, performing tasks with minimal direction and guidance; organizational skills and strong attention to detail; and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite programs including Word, Excel and Outlook is preferred. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Must also be able to pass a background check.
Pay & Benefits:
This position's pay range is $18-21 per hour. Full Time Teller
Western State Bank is seeking Full Time Tellers for our Garden City banking center.
Description:
This position requires excellent customer service while handling deposits, withdrawals and payments, in addition to other duties.
Qualifications:
Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, computer skills, 10-key calculator skills, excellent customer service and communication skills, basic computer skills, and a flexible schedule. Must be able to demonstrate a positive work ethic in a team environment. Must also be able to pass a background check.
