    Full Time Teller 

    Western State Bank is seeking a Teller for our St. Francis banking center.

    Description: This position includes but is not limited to the following duties: deposits; withdrawals; payments; opening new accounts; identifying customer needs; and responding to requests dealing with transactions, balances, debit cards, and more.

    Requirements: Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, computer skills, 10-key calculator skills, excellent customer service skills, excellent communication skills, ability to work successfully in a team environment as well as independently, and the ability to multitask effectively. Must also be able to pass a background check.

    Benefits: Paid time off awarded upon start date, bank holidays off with pay (10+ days per year), and a great benefits package with health and dental insurance, vision discount, supplemental insurance, and a matching 401K program.

    Loan Assistant

    Western State Bank is seeking a Loan Assistant for our Dodge City banking center.

    DescriptionThe Loan Assistant position requires excellent customer service and attention to detail, and is responsible for processing loan payments, verifying loan setups, preparing loan reports, corresponding with customers, and various other loan processing responsibilities.

    Requirements:  Requirements include two to five years of experience in customer service, data entry, clerical or other financial service positions. Two years of loan processing experience is preferred but not required. The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:  Ability to multitask, computer skills, organization skills, interpersonal skills, excellent time management, and written and verbal communication skills. Bilingual abilities are preferred. Must also be able to pass a background check.
