With Western State Bank's Online Banking and Mobile App, you'll have secure access to your accounts from your computer or mobile device. You'll also have the tools to ensure efficiency and ease of your business operations.
Online Banking & Bill Pay
Our Business Online Banking platform allows you to access your accounts when it’s convenient for you. Access your balances, make transfers, advance loan payments or pay bills online. Through Online Banking you’ll also have the chance to sign up for E-statements, allowing you to view, download or print an electronic version of your statement, eliminating the monthly statement fee and cutting down on paper waste. You'll still receive a monthly email prompting you to log in and view your new statement.
Cash Management
Originate payroll, collect accounts receivable and make corporate payments as well as federal tax payments. You can also make loan payments, transfer money between accounts and between banks. Set up bill pay and track balances. The Cash Management feature is a flat fee of $30 per month.
Remote Deposit Capture
With our Remote Deposit Capture feature you’ll utilize a desktop scanner connecting to your PC and the internet. With it, you can scan checks received from customers and make deposits electronically to your Western State Bank account any time, day or night. This feature is a flat fee of $50 per month.
Quickbooks Integration
Business Online Banking integrates with Quickbooks software for your convenience. Please note that businesses using Quickbooks Online can still use our Personal/Small Business Online Banking platform, but Quickbooks software that is installed on your computer will require a Business Online Banking account in order to function properly. Mobile Banking & Mobile Deposits
With our Mobile Banking app, you’ll have the freedom to check account activity and balances, transfer money, pay bills and set up account alerts. Our Mobile Deposit feature allows you to securely deposit your checks by taking a picture of your check and having it deposited into your account.
