Prize description: A 1973 blue Mercury Cougar convertible

Eligibility:

• Eligibility: Entry is open to U.S. residents ages 18+ who reside in the following counties: (Kansas) Cheyenne, Rawlins, Sherman, Thomas, Wallace, Logan, Greeley, Wichita, Scott, Lane, Hamilton, Kearney, Finney, Grant, Haskell, Meade, Gray, Clark, Ford, Hodgeman; (Colorado) Kit Carson and Yuma; (Nebraska) Dundy. All Western State Bank customers (account owners) with a permanent address in the United States are also eligible to enter, regardless of county/state of residence. Western State Bank employees and their immediate families and/or family members living in the same household are not eligible to win. Presidents and loan officers of other financial institutions and their immediate families are also not eligible to win. 
• Must complete entry forms in full/provide all requested information (with the exception of email address) to remain eligible.

How to Enter:

There are several methods of entering the drawing. Each person may enter one time per method. Additional methods of entry may be announced throughout the entry period on our website and Facebook. 

1. Enter one time online at wsbks.com by completing the WSB Pop Quiz.
2. Enter one time in person, via paper slip at any of our western Kansas banking centers.
3. Enter one time via QR code during our in-person banking center events and appearances in Garden City, Dodge City, Colby, Goodland, St. Francis, Scott City and Leoti. View our website for a schedule of events.
4. Enter one time via text message by texting your local banking center's phone number during lobby hours and asking the staff to enter you.
5. For the last week of entry, an additional online entry form is available (no quiz required).
6. Anyone who locates and redeems a hidden piggy bank voucher also receives an additional entry in the drawing.

Additional Details & Winner Responsibility

• Entry begins on June 1 and concludes Aug. 4. (Extended from July 31.)
• Winner will be drawn at random on Aug. 10. Need not be present to win.
• Winner will be contacted using the contact information provided on the entry form and given one week from the date the message was sent (via email, voicemail, or phone conversation), to respond and claim the prize. If no response, another winner will be drawn and given the same one-week deadline to respond.
• Winner will be announced via social media and on wsbks.com after informed.
• Winner will pick up the prize at their nearest Western State Bank banking center location, and will be required to provide Western State Bank with a SSN/Tax ID number for the required tax documents. Western State Bank will cover the cost of sales tax on the winner's behalf. Winner will be responsible for all additional taxes and costs associated with the prize.
• Giveaway is valued at $17,000.
• By entering the giveaway, individuals give permission for Western State Bank to use their name, city/state of residence, and photo on bank-owned social media pages, website, and other media announcements.
