Mobile App Update Arrives Sept. 21
A refreshed WSB Mobile App is coming on Sept. 21, with an updated look, easier navigation and new features designed to make your mobile banking experience even more convenient.
Note: This update applies specifically to the WSB mobile app used for personal banking. The WSB Business mobile app will not be affected:

- WSB Business (Not affected):
What’s Changing?
Your familiar mobile banking tools will still be available, but you may notice that some features have moved or look a little different. You’ll also have access to new options that allow you to personalize your experience and do more within the app.
We’ve created a Mobile App Update Guide with visual aids to help you explore the new layout, locate existing tools, and learn about new features.
Get Instant Access to the Update
If automatic app updates are turned on for your phone, the new version of the WSB Mobile App will update automatically beginning Sept. 21.
- NOTE: Even with the automatic update, you may be prompted to log in with your username and password. Please use your existing credentials to log in.
If automatic updates are turned off, you will be prompted to manually install the new version before continuing to use the app.
To make the transition as simple as possible, we recommend turning on automatic app updates before Sept. 21.
iPhone:
- Open Settings.
- Tap Apps > Tap App Store > Turn on App Updates.
Android
- Open the Google Play app.
- Tap your profile picture in the top-right corner.
- Tap Settings > Tap Network preferences > Tap Auto-update apps.
