Your WSB Mobile App just received an update with a modern look, easier navigation and new features designed to make your mobile banking experience even more convenient.
Note: This update applies specifically to the WSB mobile app used for personal banking. The WSB Business mobile app was not affected:

What’s New?
Your familiar mobile banking tools are still available, but you may notice that some features have moved or look a little different. You now have access to new options that allow you to personalize your experience and do more within the app.
We’ve created a Mobile App Update Guide with visual aids to help you explore the new layout, locate existing tools, and learn about new features.
Get Instant Access to the Update
If automatic app updates were turned on for your phone, you should have the new version of the WSB mobile app at the time it launched, Sept. 21, 2026 at 9 a.m. CST.
If automatic updates were turned off, you will be prompted to manually install the new version before continuing to use the app.
This will happen within approximately three days of the new app launch.
