The National Automated Clearing House Association (NACHA) has implemented new fraud compliance regulations, which will take effect in June of 2026.

To prepare for this change, Western State Bank is implementing enhanced fraud-monitoring measures, which will require your feedback to ensure the changes we make do not delay your operations.

If your business utilizes Cash Management/ACH, please download and complete our ACH User Questionnaire and email it to operations@wsbks.com or mail it to our Garden City banking center.
