Loan Assistant

Western State Bank is seeking a Loan Assistant for our Scott City banking center.
Description:
This position is responsible for processing loan payments, verifying loan setups, preparing loan reports, correspondence with customers, and various other loan processing responsibilities. May also include various other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, ability to multitask, excellent attention to detail, time management skills, organization skills, written and verbal communication skills, and computer skills including the willingness to learn new computer programs. Previous experience is preferred, but not required. Experience in customer service, data entry, clerical or other financial services position is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate regardless of experience. Must be able to pass a background check.
