Brielle Koehn Named 2025 Leoti Scholarship Recipient
Brielle has been selected as our Leoti banking center's scholarship recipient for 2025 and will receive a $𝟭,𝟬𝟬𝟬 𝗔𝗡𝗡𝗨𝗔𝗟 𝗦𝗖𝗛𝗢𝗟𝗔𝗥𝗦𝗛𝗜𝗣, renewable for four years. The daughter of Craig and Gloria Koehn, Brielle plans to attend Fort Hays State University to pursue her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. 
She is pictured with Leoti Banking Center President Brady Harbin.

2025 Ag Future Scholarship Recipients Announced

Together with American Implement, we are pleased to announce the winners of the 2025 Ag Future Scholarship Program:


Bay Ellis, Springfield High School; Brekkyn Konecny, Kansas State University; Trace Kopper, Cimarron High School; Madelyn Schiltz, Oakley High School; Maiya Shelor, Kansas State University; Emily Shelton, Garden City Community College; Gage Sorensen, Garden City High School; Breven Vulgamore, Scott Community High School; Hannah White, Stanton County Jr/Sr High; Dyson Winfrey, South Gray High School.


The Ag Future Scholarship Program provides a total of 10, $1,000 scholarships to high school seniors and current college students who intend to pursue an Ag-related program or degree at a university, community college or technical school.

Community Names WSB 'Best Bank' and 'Best Mortgage Lender' In Dodge City
Western State Bank was recently named 2024 Best Bank in Dodge City and Best Mortgage Lender in Dodge City from the Dodge City Globe's annual vote. This marks the second year in a row of being chosen as Best Bank by the Dodge City community. Thank you to everyone who voted and to our amazing employees for earning this honor.
